The Website provides information about apps developed by MounLab. These Terms apply only to the Website. Your use of each app is governed by that app’s own terms, if any, and by the terms of the platform you download it from, such as Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement for apps obtained from the App Store. Purchases, subscriptions, billing, and refunds for our apps and services are handled by Apple or by the payment providers we work with, under their terms.

Descriptions, screenshots, and features shown on the Website are for general information. Features, availability, and pricing may change without notice and may differ by device, region, or app version.

You may use the Website only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE, AND IN NO EVENT WILL IT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50).

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@mounlab.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Website or others. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Website at any time. Sections 4 through 13 and 15 survive any termination.

15. General Terms

These Terms, together with the documents referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and MounLab regarding the Website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them without restriction. Headings are for convenience only.
